Hi my name is Dennis Fyke 606042 I would like to tell you what Happen to me that lead to my segragation at the time I was working second shift yard crew so I don't get up until noon or 1 pm and I have some Medical Issue, Like Arthritis & Lupus Bad. in which they refuse to treat, Anyway on That morning 4-10-2020 around 10-10:30 AM I was sleeping with my earplugs in eye Blinders on, I woke up with a sharp pain in my shin, And I could Bearly Here some one cussing at me and striking my feet & Legs, By time I got my eye Blinders off and off the Top Bunk And my short on The Allacker was out the door, and the door was opening again I Though The Attacker was coming Back in which in Deed, it did so I pull open the door in which it was swing open and I started punching to find out later And to my Surprise, it was a guard That Attack me while I was Sleeping I still Have A Bruise scar After 7mo on my left Leg, Shin, when the State Troop came to Muskegon prison to Interview me, I Told Him what Happen and would like to press charge, to my suprise, They said they were pressing Charge on me, which has not came yet, they have on vidio Her comeing into my cell, Rember I Have A Banky that was Sleeping at the time too. And witness across the Hall and few other so 7 months Later I am sitting in segragation for defeneing myself. Oh I Still Have The Bruise scar on my Left Leg in which they refuse to Treat Medicatins And to take picture of my Leg to prove that I was Attack while Sleeping I wrote a few Attorney about this And my step III Grievance against medical with no vail, It’s Like No Body Care's This is Real Hard on my parents and family my father Has Alzheimer disease and my mother Has Lot of Health problem, she Trys to Help me The Best She can like in touch Humity for prisoner to Try And Help me get medical treatment & Surgy & meds for my shoulder with no vail, Like I said I Have Arthirtis And Lupus Bad It's Has aten my Left Rotor Cup. They refuse to do Surgy or to give my meds for pain or to treat my Arthirtis or Lupus, I Have my Social Security paper and my prison Medical Record to prove it. And again I 

Can't seem to find a Attorney to Help me, so this segregation Is Real hard on me, on Top of this I Have a Learning Disability, to me this segragation is to cut me off from every body that can help me, my neighbor Hear in seg is Helping me with This Letter throw the wall with Spelling in close if it makes it out is my 7 month Review This is the reason I Am in Here possible MSP prosecution This is not just Abuse But a form of torment, to me And my family, so if can find someone to Help me with all this you can write me Here at St. Louis prison.
